ก่อนจะเริ่ม ขอชี้แจงเพิ่มเติมว่าจะลองตัดเรื่องแต่ละวันเป็นท่อนๆละครับ
เพราะรู้สึกว่าถ้าร่ายยาวทั้งวันใน 1 entry มันจะดูยาวไป คนอ่านก็เหนื่อย คนเขียนก็เหนื่อย - -"
เลยจะซอยๆออกเป็นตอนๆแล้วกัน 4.1 4.2 4.3 ก็ว่าไป
ใช้ระบบแบ่งตามเนื้อหาหลักๆ อาจจะได้วันละ 2-3-4 ตอน แล้วแต่วัน

ตื่น 7 โมง ปวดหัวนิดๆ ข้าวเช้าวันนี้เป็นขนมปัง เบคอน ไข่ดาว
ออกจากบ้าน 10 โมง วันนี้เราเที่ยวแถวๆที่พัก ไม่ต้องเดินทางไกลมาก ไม่เกินครึ่งชั่วโมงก็ถึงที่หมาย
ที่แรกคือ Scottish Fisheries Museum พิพิธภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการประมงของ Scotland
อยู่ที่เมืองเล็กๆริมทะเลชื่อ Anstruther ห่างจาก St Andrews ประมาณ 9.6 ไมล์เท่านั้น (รถยนต์ประมาณ 20นาที)
ถ้ามาจาก Edinburgh จะเป็นระยะทาง 49.5 ไมล์ (รถยนต์ประมาณ 1ชั่วโมง 30 นาที)
พิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้จะเล่าประวัติการจับปลาตั้งแต่ยุคโบราณของชาวสกอต จนถึงปัจจุบัน
เรียกว่าตั้งแต่เรือขุดจนไม้ จนถึง เรือเดินสมุทรลำใหญ่ๆเลย
โดยที่นี่เป็นของเอกชน มีค่าเข้าชมคือ ผู้ใหญ่ 6 ปอนด์ เด็ก(นักเรียน) 5 ปอนด์
(พิพิธภัณฑ์ของรัฐ ส่วนมากจะฟรี เช่น National Museum of Scotland )
วันนี้ฟ้าใส ไม่มีเมฆทึมๆแล้ว :)
บรรยากาศ ในเมือง Anstruther 
ด้านหน้าของ Museum
โปสเตอร์ปลาวาฬและโลมา ชอบมาก กลับมาหาข้อมูลดู ว่ายังสั่งซื้อได้ไหม ไปเจอ ที่นี่ ขายอยู่ 21.99 usd - -"
จำลองเครื่องจักรไอน้ำ ที่ใช้ในเรือประมง 
ฉมวก (harpoon) เอาไว้ใช้ล่าปลาวาฬ เท่ดีเนอะ
อันนี้เป็นเขา (หรืองา) ของปลากที่ชื่อว่า narwhal ซึ่งขอสารภาพว่า ไม่เคยรู้ว่ามันมีสัตว์ชนิดนี้อยู่ในโลกด้วย !!

เจ้า narwhal นี่ได้รับการขนานนามว่าเป็น ยูนิคอร์นแห่งท้องทะเลด้วยความที่มันมีเขาแหลมนี่หละ
กระจกสีๆ สวยงามดี
อันนี้ถ่ายมาเพราะชอบ ลายมือ สวยงามๆ
กระจกสีอีกอัน สมอเรือ หนึ่งในสัญลักษณ์ของการเป็น ลูกทะเล
ออกมาแล้ว นี่คือด้านข้างของ Scottish Fisheries Museum ครับ
วันและเวลาที่เปิดให้เข้าชม
ไม่ค่อยได้ถ่ายรูปข้างในมาเท่าไหร่ พวกโมเดลคนที่ทำได้ห่วยถึงห่วยมาก - -"
แต่พวกของต่างๆ เรือจริงและจำลอง ข้อมูล เรื่องเล่าต่างๆ ทำได้ดี ละเอียด
วันที่ไปได้ดูเค้าต่อเรือจริงๆด้วย (อยู่ในส่วนหนึ่งของพิพิธภัณฑ์ แม้จะไม่รู้ว่าต่อใช้จริงหรือต่อโชว์นักท่องเที่ยวเฉยๆ)
เอาเป็นว่า ถ้าสนใจเรื่องการจับปลา ก็เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่เดินได้สนุกเลย
ระยะเวลาที่แนะนำในการเดินชม : 2 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง ถึง 3 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป

หลังจากอาหารเต็มสมองแล้ว ก็ได้เวลาหาอาหารใส่ท้องบ้าง
แถวพิพิธภัณฑ์ มีของกินหลายอย่าง แต่ที่ขึ้นชื่อก็คงต้องเป็น ปลา (ก็มันเป็นหมู่บ้านประมง !!)
เลยลอง fish & chip ที่มีรางวัลการันตีว่าเด็ดสุดใน Scotland และ สหราชอาณาจักรหลายปี
ร้านนี้มีชื่อว่า Anstruther Fish Bar อยู่ใกล้ๆ พิพิธภัณฑ์เลย
ของกินเล่น Macaroni and Cheese อันนี้ไม่ใช่ของ Anstruther Fish Bar แต่เราเดินไปซื้อจากอีกร้านใกล้ๆ
ซึ่งถูกกว่า หะหะ ชื่อ The Waterfront
กลับมา Anstruther Fish Bar ต่อ รางวัลการันตีเพียบ
ชนะเลิศของ United Kingdom เลยนะ
ได้รับโหวตหลายปีอยู่
อ่าาา มักโรนีชีสของอีกร้าน ชีสละลายแล้ว อร่อยมาก ถูกใจๆ
กล่อง fish & chip สวยดี batter แปลว่าชุบแป้งทองครับ
ทาดาาา เปิดออกมาแล้ว มันทอดใหญ่ดีจัง กล่องนี้เป็น ปลา Hake
โลโก้ของทางร้าน สวยดี
อันนี้เป็นปลา haddock
สรุปว่าร้านนี้ อร่อยดี เราซื้อ take away ออกมากิน เพราะถูกกว่า รับลมริมทะเล
ในร้านก็มีที่นั่ง แต่ราคาจะแพงกว่า ข้อเสียของการ take away คือ เค้าจะใส่แค่น้ำส้มสายชูกับกับโรยเกลือเฉยๆ
ไม่มีซอสให้ - -" ดังนั้น ถ้าเป็นไปได้ควรพกซอสไป หรือไม่ก็ไปนั่งในร้าน

หลังจากจบมื้อ fish & chip คุณแม่อยากทานกาแฟเลยแวะร้านนี้ The Sally
แต่มันไม่ใช่กาแฟธรรมดา มันเป็นกาแฟใส่เหล้า !! หรือเค้าเรียนกันว่า Irish Coffee
อะไรเป็นอะไรบ้างจำไม่ได้แล้ว รู้แค่มันเหมือนเหล้ารสกาแฟมากว่า หะหะ :)
